As Director of Operations, Corey’s responsibilities include managing the building and development and/or improvement of systems and processes, implementing new technology, and serving as corporate sponsor to a portfolio of projects.

Corey collaborates with department heads throughout the company, helping every team improve the tools they utilize and increase efficiency as the organization grows. In every aspect of his work, he seeks to deliver the professionalism and quality service that has made Repcon an industry leader.

Expertise

Corey has been in the industrial construction business for more than 13 years. Before joining Repcon in 2019, he held positions as a project controls coordinator, cost control manager, field accounting manager, and director of project controls.

Corey has significant experience in building and implementing systems, strategic hiring, and employee development. Throughout his career, he has developed an understanding that an organization’s success depends upon having a team of individuals capable of driving action and productive change.

Corey holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance, a Master of Business Administration, and a post-baccalaureate certificate in construction management. He has attended Southeastern Louisiana University, Tulane University, and Louisiana State University. Additionally, he is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) and an avid attendee of various leadership programs.

The Personal Side

Corey and his wife Claire have three children. Their family enjoys playing sports, fishing, hunting, and traveling.
