Mike Denman

Director of Quality Control

In his role as Director of Quality Control, Mike is responsible for creating and implementing a companywide Quality Program for Repcon, as well as oversight of specialty bolting and field machining efforts.

Mike’s approach to quality control focuses on developing a culture where defects are not only detected, but prevented beforehand. By supporting continuous training programs, he helps Repcon employees at every level of the organization stay equipped to complete jobs correctly and effectively. His efforts help ensure that Repcon is fulfilling customer needs and requirements while pursuing ever-improving quality.


Mike has worked in the oil and gas industry for over three decades, holding a variety of roles including supervisor, welder, and welding inspector, among others. Before entering the quality control side of the business, he honed his welding craft, developed hands on experience, and acquired a detailed knowledge of nondestructive evaluation (NDE) technology.

Mike has been a part of the Repcon team for the past 25 years. He is a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and holds industry certifications from the American Petroleum Institute (API) as well as the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

The Personal Side

Mike and his wife Dawn have been married for 32 years and have two sons. In his free time, Mike enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, and working with industry-related youth programs.
